The electro-chemical permeation method was used to measure the apparent and Lattice diffusivity of the deuterium in Pd crystals around room temperature. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the mean binding energy between traps and deuterium, and the ratio of the density of deuterium traps to interstitial sites are calculated.
