中药治疗老年性白内障术后炎性反应疗效观察

Observation on Imflammatory Reaction of Post-Extraction of Senile Cataract Treated by Traditional Chinese Drugs.

目的 :观察龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗老年性白内障术后炎性反应的疗效。方法 :将 10 0例接受白内障囊外摘出加人工晶状体植入术的患者 ,根据手术时间随机分为治疗组 5 0例和对照组 5 0例 ,两组均用 0 .2 5 %氯霉素眼水加地塞米松点眼 ,治疗组加服龙胆泻肝汤加减。结果 :治疗组视力提高疗效优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。且治疗后 Ig A、Ig G、E玫瑰花结及淋巴细胞转化率均较治疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组无显著变化。结论

Objective: To observe the curative effect of modified decoction of gentiana for purging the liver fire in treating the imflammatory reaction of post extraction of senile cataract. Methods: 100 cases of extracapsular extraction of cataract added artifical lens implantation had been randomly divided into two groups: a test group (50 cases) and a controlled group (50 cases) according to the operation time. Eye drope of 0.25% chloramphenicol added dexamethasone hand been taken in both groups while modified decoction of gentiana for purging the liver fire had been added in the test only. Results: The improved vision in the test group is better than that in the controlled (P<0.01). IgA, IgG, E rosette forming rate and lymphocyte transformation rate have been obviously reduced in the test group (P<0.01), while those indexes as above could not be any changed in the controlled. Conclusion: Modified decoction of gentiana for purging the liver fire can be used to reduce the imflammatory reaction of post extraction of senile cataract.
