摘要
本文对非晶态合金的晶化过程提出了一种新的成核机制,从而对非晶态 Fe-B 系合金的晶化温度 Tcr 与类金属 B 含量的关系及 Fe-Ni 基合金的晶化起始温度 Tg 与淬火速率的关系等重要实验规律,作出了相当合理的理论模型解释。
Using the “formation mechanism of structural defect”Uand the“model of double-layer structural units”proposed by authors recently for amorphous me- tal-metalloid alloys prepared by melt quenching,a new nucleation mechanism has been proposed for crystallization processes of amorphous alloys.Following the new mechanism,the important experimental results as the relations bet- ween the cryslallization temperature Ter and the contents of metalloid B for amorphous Fe-B system alloy,between the initial temperature of crystalliza- tion Tg and the quenching rate for amorphous Fe-Ni based alloys,a rather reasonable theoretical model explanation has been given.
