摘要
变频调速是目前越来越受欢迎的一种调速方式,逆变器的性能直接影响调速效果。本文采用一种双桥路逆变器和双CPU联合监控的调速系统,不仅有效地解决了变频调速中的谐波问题,保证了输出电压的质量,而且为变频调速的实时控制奠定了基础。ADSP--2105单片机的高速数字处理能力为系统的可靠性提供了有力保证,通过开环实验的效果,可以预期闭环调速即将实现,从而为变频调速领域增加一种新的模式。
Adjustable-speed of Variable-frequency is receiving more and more preference, the performance of converter affected the effect of adjustable-speed directly. By adopting a new kind of adjustable-speed system with two-bridge converter and dual CPU's united monitor and control, this paper not only solved the harmonics effectively, but also laid the foundation of adjustable-speed of Variable-frequency's real-time control. The excellent capability of ADSP-2105 microprocessor's high-speed digital settlement gave security to system's reliability strongly, through the result of opened-loop experiment, it is anticipated that closed-loop adjustable-speed will be realized in the near future, thus there will increase a new kind of adjustable-speed of Variable-frequency model .
