Industrial Policy Suggestions and Managing Modes of Small and Middle-Sized Enterprises

在分析我国中小企业的发展现状的基础上 ,提出以中小企业集群的方式构筑我国中小企业的组织形式 ,列举了分工协作经营、特许权经营、利基经营、虚拟经营等四种可供选择的经营模式 ,并提出我国中小企业产业发展的政策建议。

Based on analyzing current situation of small and middle sized enterprises in our country,the author proposed that organization forms of them are constructed in the way of small and middle sized enterprises clustering, and enumerated four kinds of optional managing modes, division collaboration managing, license managing, fictitious managing etc. And furthermore development policy suggestions of small and middle sized enterprises in our country are brouht forward and analyzed in detail.
