摘要
虚拟样机技术是当前研究和应用的热点之一。它可以较好地支持产品的概念设计,并且有利于实现并行工程的思想。机电一体化产品虚拟样机的建模和仿真要求机械和电子等多个领域之间的紧密协作,传统的建模和仿真工具无法满足这种需求。本文中,我们提出了一种基于域对象模型的多领域异构建模和仿真方法,并开发了一个面向机电一体化系统的分布式虚拟样机仿真环境。通过两个设计实例的建模和仿真,说明该方法可以满足要求。
Virtual Prototyping (VP) is very useful in conceptual design and for achieving the goals of Concurrent Engineering. The modeling and simulating of the virtual prototype of electro-mechanical products involves high coordination and cooperation between different engineering fields. Traditional modeling and simulating tools can not fulfill the requirements. In this paper, we present an approach for multi-disciplinary heterogeneous modeling and simulating based on the domain objects. According to this approach, we have developed a distributed VP simulation environment for electro-mechanical systems. And we have performed the modeling and simulating of two examples in the environment. The result shows that the approach can meet the requirements.
