It is an essential problem for a country to study and solve how to keep the constant development and promote the international competition amony the world.On the base of studying and analysing the national competition,the author of this article puts forward to a new light of the continual competition for a country.This article takes the U.S.A. as example to show that the continual competition of a country is the sign and outcome of the balanced condition of this country's macro-system.
