摘要
本文对模具钢固体粉末渗锰工艺进行了探讨,并分析了不同温度、不同时间及不同成分对渗层深度、相结构、硬度、耐磨性、热疲劳及脆性的影响。试验表明,模具钢渗锰层具有较小的脆性,可有效地提高硬度,耐磨性和使用寿命,特别是可改善热作模具的热疲劳性能。
It has been investigated that a new process of powder manganizing for die steels. By examination of metallogragh, microhardness, X-ray diffraction, electron probe, wear, thermal fatigue and acoustic emission, the authors have analyzed the influence of defferent temperatures, times and compositions upon impregnated depth, phase structure, hardness, wear, thermal fatigue, and brittlement . The results show that the manganizing process will effectively increase hardnss and wear resistance of die steels, possess low brittlement, prolong the service life of dies, especially, considerably improve the property of thermal fatigue for hot-work forging dies.
