摘要
定量地研究了激光表面涂敷Ni基合金时,保持激光器输出功率不变,只改变扫描速度时,表面涂敷层枝晶平均长度L与扫描速度V之间的关系。经数据拟合得出如下关系式:L=K(1/V)~a。
When coating nickel alloy by laser, keeping the export power constant only changing the scanning speed, the relation of the average length L of branched grains in coating layer and the scanning speed V is studied quantitatively. By data fitting the relation is obtained as follows: L=K(1/V)~α
