摘要 本文叙述了碳钢在无保护气氛下,利用TiO_2、Al粉和CaCl_2进行固体粉末还原法渗钛的可能性及其工艺参数对渗钛层的影响。结果表明,T10A钢最佳渗钛工艺为1000℃×4h,钢基材含碳量越高,则渗层越厚,硬度越高。T10A钢经粉末还原法渗钛后,能显著提高其表面硬度、耐磨性及抗咬合性能。 An investigation was made of both the possibility of powder titanizing on plain carbon steels using TiO_2,Al powder and CaCl_2 without protective atmosphere, and the effect of titanizing parameters on the properties of titanized layer. It was found that for T10A steel an optimal titanizing procedure is 1000°C×4h, and that the higher the carbon content of steel, the thicker and harder the titanized layer. This titanizing process can significantly increase the surface hardness, wear and seizure resistance of T10A steel.
