摘要
高速钢等温淬火试验结果表明:①在200~300℃等温范围内,W6Mo5Cr4V2钢以经230°(×2h等温和回火处理后的性能最佳;在230℃等温时随时间的延长(1~4h).除硬度降低外,红硬性、无缺口冲击韧性a_k、K_(IC)、σ_(bb)和f_b均有逐渐升高的趋势;②W18Cr4V钢征260℃等温淬火也出现上述规律;③与普通淬火相比,高速钢等温淬火后除红硬性和a(?)值升高外,其它性能如k_(IC)、σ_(bb)、f_b和硬度均有不同程度的降低。
The test results of HSS austempering showed that (1)In the range of test temperature 200~300°C after austempering(230°C×2h)and normal tempering(560°C×1h×3), the mechanical properties of W6Mo5Cr4V2 Steel is the best. At 230°C with the holding time prolonged fromlto4hours, exceptthe hardness being decreased, the red-hardness, α_K (no-notch), k_(Ic), σ_(bb)and f_b are all gradually increased, (2) The same tendency as the W6 Mo5Cr4V2 steel is also found in the W18Cr4V steel after austempering at 260°C and normal tempering, (3) In Comparison with conventional quenching and tempering, the red-hardness and α_K could be improved and the hardness, k_(Ic), σ_(bb) f_b are all decreased in varying degrees by austempering of W6Mo5Cr4V2 and W18Cr4V steels.
