摘要
研究采矿支护设备专用钢—27SiMn的强韧化工艺和机械性能。结果表明,27SiMn钢经亚温淬火后,能充分发挥材料强韧化潜力,减轻构件重量(15~20%),降低井下工人劳动强度,具有显著经济效益。采用该工艺生产的单件液压支柱,已通过实验室试验,并投入生产试验。
The strengthening and toughening technique of steel 27SiMa used for mining supporting members was tested. The result showed that after intereritical quenching the potentialities of strength and toughness of the steel eould be fully played. The weight of workpiece could be reduced 15~20%, so it can reduce the underground worker's labour intensity and has notable economic benefit. Now the hydraulic props have passed the laboratory test and pat into industrial-scale test.
