摘要
研究了硼钒共渗的工艺、渗层组织及性能;探讨了处理工艺参数、渗剂配比及其化学成分等因素对共渗组织的影响,对比了硼钒共渗层与渗硼层的脆性和耐磨性;初步探讨了共渗机理。结果表明,硼钒共渗层比渗硼层脆性小,耐磨性高。
The paper deals with the boron-vanadizing (B-V) technique, microstructures and performances of boron-vanadized (B-V) layer. The influence of technique parameters, components of B-V agent and chemical composition of steels on B-V layer are investigated. The mechanism of B-V is discussed. The brittleness and the wear resistance of B-V layer are compared with those of boronized one. The results show that B-V layer has lower brittleness and higher wear resistance thaa boronized one.
