摘要
本文简述了SGF-I型数字式钢铁材料无损分选仪的测量原理及应用实例。实测表明,SGF-I仪能对碳素结构钢和合金结构钢进行无损定碳(精度为±0.03%C),并可用数字直接显示含碳量,其检测速度为1500件/h。
This paper deals with the principle of the SGF-I type nondestructive separator for carbon content of steel and iron and its application examples. The measurement results show that using this instrument the carbon content of carbon and alloy structural steel could be determined directly(accurate witnin ±0.03%C)and shown with digital display, its inspection rate could be reached 1500 pieces per hour.
