摘要
本文研究了热处理工艺对冷挤压成型塑料模具钢(LJ钢)组织和性能的影响。LJ钢热处理后表面的高硬度和高耐磨性与心部良好的强韧性,是由于实现了高浓度渗碳,并在心部得到了粒状贝氏体组织。
The influence of strengthening process on the microstructure and property of the cold extrusion formed die steel (LJ) for plastic has been investigated. After heai treatment high hardness and wear resisitance in the surface layer and favourable strength and toughness in the core of the LJ steel were obtained due to the high concentration carburization in the surface and granular bainite in the core.
