摘要
介绍了曲轴、半轴等十三种汽车零件感应淬火裂纹的形式,探讨了裂纹的形成原因和防止办法。例如:由于零件形状、尺寸和表面粗糙度等因素促成的淬火裂纹;由于淬火冷却条件不良(冷却过激和冷却不均)造成的淬火裂纹;由于材料因素(成分复杂和原始应力过大)引发的淬火裂纹等。
In this paper the author introduced the forms of quenching cracks on thirteen kinds of truck parts including crankshaft and half axle during induction hardening and discussed the causes resulting in cracking such as shape, dimension, surface roughness of work piece, drastic or nonuniform quenching, the chemical compositions of the material. The ways of crack prevention was also discussed.
