摘要
结合实例探讨了一种利用AHP(层次分析法 )方法 ,解决软件开发过程中如何确定软件需求优先级进而分步实施的问题 .建立目标层、准则层和方案层的三层递阶层次结构模型 ,确定准则层中软件优先级评定的价值、费用和风险三大指标 ;构造比较判断矩阵 ,计算出各层对于目标层的合成权重 ;进行一致性检验 ,得出实例中软件需求的分步实施建议方案 .
This paper gives an example to discuss the application of AHP to determine the priority of software requirements. A three hierarchy cascade model, which contains aide layer, criterion layer and project layer, is established. Three targets in criterion layer value, expenditure and risk are ascertained. And matrix for comparison and judgement is constructed and composing weighing for aide layer is calculated. Verification of consistency is carried out and a stepwise implement plan for software requirements in the example is obtained.
