摘要
利用仿真系统对双速电机驱动的切纸机进给系统定位过程的主要影响因素及其运动控制参数进行了详细的分析 ,结果表明 :制动器的制动力矩及其响应延时的时间误差对定位影响最大 ,且呈非线性关系 ;在定位过程中 ,对较大的定位尺寸 ,系统摩擦、系统阻尼和电网电压的影响较小 ;通过优化切纸机控制系统的控制参数 ,可使定位精度达到± 0 .0 3mm .
The principal factors of the position and the motion control parameters of the feed system of a paper cutting machine driven by double speed braked motors are analyzed by using simulation. The study shows that both the braking torque and the response lag error have a great impact on the position precision and a nonlinear relation exists between them. It also demonstrates that the system friction, dump and electricity net voltage have less influence on the position for larger position dimension. The position precision can be limited within plus minus 0.03 mm by choosing the optimal control parameters of the control system of the paper cutter.
