摘要
作者研究了等温淬火球铁的成分、组织、性能及热处理工艺间的关系。得出了CuMo系和CuNiMo系两种球铁的最佳合金成分、热处理工艺规范和最佳组织与性能,并通过概率统计研究了这种材料性能的稳定性。经中间生产试验,已成功地把这种材料应用到拖拉机末端传动齿轮的生产上,取代了20CrMnTi渗碳钢,取得了显著的经济效益。
The relationship between composition, structure, properties and heat treatment process of ASGI is studied in this paper. Two optimum composition of Cu-Mo and Cu-Ni-Mo series and their heat treatment process are provided. The optimized structure and properties are obtained. The properties stability of this material is also analyzed by probability statistics. This material is applied to making the end-gear of tractor successfully by pilotplant test, thus replacing the 20CrMnTi carburizing steel.
