摘要
研究了不同介质中单向短纤维增强玻璃陶瓷基复合材料的静疲劳行为 .结果表明 ,复合材料的疲劳指数和疲劳极限均高于陶瓷基体 ,Nicalon纤维增强复合材料在水介质中的静疲劳性能要优于碳纤维增强复合材料 .认为应力腐蚀导致的纤维 /基体间的界面弱化是影响复合材料静疲劳行为重的要因素 ,界面弱化有利于提高强界面结合复合材料的静疲劳强度 .
The static fatigue behaviors of unidirectional short fiber reinforced glass-ceramic matrix composites under different medium were investigated. The results show that the fatigue index and limit of composites are much higher than that of pure glass-ceramic. It was discovered that static fatigue property of Nicalon fiber reinforced composite in water is much better than that of carbon fiber-rein-forced-composite. It is considered that the weakening of fiber/matrix surface resulted from stress erosion is an important factor affecting composite's static fatigue behavior, and weakening fiber/matrix interface is beneficial to enhance static fatigue strength of composite.
