知识经济需要创新素质的人才 ,高校是培养创新型人才的基地。人才创新素质的培养即创新意识、创新思维、创新能力的养成 ,是一个综合作用的复杂过程 ,须拓宽思路 ,多管齐下 ,多渠道多途径进行。
Knowledge economy calls for personnel with innovation quality, and colleges and universities are the bases to train this type of personnel. To train the personnel's innovation quality is to train their innovation consciousness, thought and ability. It is a composite process with synthesis, so our ways of thinking should be broadened, and various methods and measures should be combined.
