Research on the Countermeasures to Solve the Financial Management Problems in China's Primary Schools

文章通过对我国小学财务管理中财务人员素质低、财务管理混乱、群众财务监督意识淡薄、政府重视不够等 4个方面问题的分析和研究 。

Elementary education is the key to prospering China by science and education. Through the analysis of financial management problems in China's primary schools such as poor quality of financial management personnel, disorder of financial management, weak consciousness of public financial supervision and insufficient attention from governments, a number of concrete measures are proposed: to employ headmasters with both morality and ability; to strengthen the supervision of administrative authorities; to reinforce internal financial management mechanism; to implement accountant appointment system, to implement school board management system; and to establish self-restraint mechanism and to enhance legal education.
