摘要
研究小型车用涡轮增压器压气机整体叶轮模具的 CAD/ CAM一体化系统 .利用自由曲面成型法进行压气机叶型设计 ,并利用五轴加工技术实现叶轮加工过程 .该系统满足了小型车用增压器产品系列化对造型和编程系统参数化的要求 .运用该系统编制了直径 12 0 mm的压气机叶轮的五轴加工程序 ,并成功地进行了叶轮加工 .
The process of setting up the CAD/CAM system for the complex impeller of a vehicle turbocharger compressor is introduced. From the way of free surface impeller design to the processing through 5 axis end milling, the system can be used to machine complex trimmed free surfaces for minor diameter impellers. A compressor impeller with a diameter of 120 mm has been machined successfully with this system.
