摘要
采用硅烷化等方法合成 3种新的含有大官能团和长烷基链的 β-环糊精衍生物固定相 :七 (2 ,3- O-二苄基 - 6- O-叔丁基二甲基硅基 ) - β- CD、七 (2 ,3- O-二苄基 - 6- O-十二烷基 ) -β- CD、七 (2 ,3- O-二乙酰基 - 6- O-十二烷基 ) -β- CD,并考察了该固定相的气相色谱性能 .这些固定相均具有较好的成膜性 ,较高的柱效 ,对难分离的芳香族位置异构体二甲苯、甲酚等有很好的分离效果 .烷基链长的增加和大官能团的引入改变了环糊精的空腔结构 ;环糊精上取代基的大小、极性、形状与客体分子的 π-
Three cyclodextrin derivatives (CDs) with long chains or bulky functional groups were synthesized and used as capillary GC stationary phases. The separation properties of these CDs were investigated, showing that they all possess good film forming properties and fine separation abilities to disubstituted benzene isomers. The results also indicate that many factors, including cyclodextrins cavity, substituted groups, the polarity, the size and π π interactions, played an important roles in the separation of positional isomers.
