摘要
以布龙酸 ( 6-氨基 - 2 -萘磺酸 )为原料 ,经乙酰化保护氨基、磺酸基的氯磺化、胺化、水解去乙酰基 ,高收率地合成了 6-氨基 - N-取代 - 2 -萘磺酰胺类染料中间体 ,氯磺化试剂采用氯磺酸 /氯化亚砜 ,6-乙酰氨基 - 2 -萘磺酸 ,氯磺酸 ,氯化亚砜的摩尔比为 1∶ 7∶ 3 .胺化时加入过量的胺 ,胺化温度为 2 0~ 3 5℃ ,以 2 0 % Na OH溶液调节反应液 p H值为 10~ 12 .讨论了磺酰氯的胺化反应机理 ,产物经元素分析、红外、核磁、质谱确证结构 .
Dye intermediates 6-amino-N-alkylsubstituted-2-naphthalenesulfonamide have been synthesized from 6-amino-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid in high yields through the acetylation of amino group, chloridation of the sulfonic group , amidation and hydrolysis. SOCl 2 /ClSO 3H was used as the reagent of chloridation. The molecular ratio of 2-acetylamino-6-naphthalenesulfonic acid,ClSO 3H,SOCl 2 is 1∶7∶3. Excess amine was added during the amidation at 20~35 ℃,and the pH value of the reaction solution was controlled at 10~12 with hydroxy sodium solution. The mechanism of the reactions between sulfonchloride and amines was discussed. The products were characterized by EA, IR, MS and 1H NMR.
