利用RAPD分子标记对我国杂交水稻主要恢复系的DNA多态性研究 被引量:15

摘要 用 2 5 8个 RAPD引物分析了我国杂交水稻 3 5个主要恢复系 ,其中 4 2个引物具有多态性 ,从中筛选出13个 RAPD引物 ,可检测出重演性较好的多态性片段 93条 ,能够有效地区分所有供试的恢复系材料 ,聚类分析显示 :在 GS=0 .5 7附近 ,可将 3 5个恢复系材料聚为 4类 ,大部分材料的遗传相似系数在 0 .80以上 .表明我国杂交水稻恢复系资源比较丰富 ,但其遗传差异较小 ,遗传背景比较单一 ,从而在很大程度上限制了我国水稻杂种优势的利用 . Thirty-five main restorer lines of hybrid rice in China were analyzed by RAPD with 258 random primers. Forty-two primers detected polymorphism among lines tested, thirteen primers were selected from them. These thirteen primers could detect 93 reproducible polymorphism fragments, by which the above restorer lines were distinguished individually. They were, therefore, recommended as candidates for the identification among restorer lines of hybrid rice. The results showed from cluster analysis: Thirty-five rice restorer lines were divided into four groups near GS=0.57. The genetic similarly coefficient of most restorer lines was over 0.80. It was indicated that rice restore lines have abundant resource in China, but the genetic diversity was small and the genetic background was vulnerable among them, which restricted the application of rice heterosis in a large extent.
