Xinjiang is the biggest area producing lycium barbarum L. in our country. It has advantages in both quality and quantity. The composition of lycium barbarum L., seed oil and carotenoids that produce from lycium have been analyzed. A study on the separation of the seedoil and caroten oids by supercritical CO 2 extraction has been carried out.
