摘要
本文对高频自冷淬火牵引齿轮的性能、变形和寿命进行了研究。讨论了淬硬层分布对疲劳寿命的影响。大量的运行结果表明,用高频自冷淬火处理的机车牵引齿轮具有很高的使用寿命。
This paper deals with the properties, distortion and service life of drag gears after the high frequency self-cooling hardening. The effects of distribution of hardened layers on the fatigue life are also discussed in this paper. A lot of performance tests in motion indicated that the drag gear wheels for locomotives, which were hardened by the high frequencey self-cooling, will posses a very long service life.
