摘要
研究了20CrMoH钢齿轮渗碳、碳氮共渗淬火回火后的组织、性能和变形。试验结果表明,热处理后的组织和性能良好。与20CrMnTi钢齿轮比较,具有热处理变形小、稳定性高、疲劳性能好等优点。
This paper deals with the structure, behavior and distortion of 20CrMoH steel gear after carburizing, carbonitriding and direct hardening . The experimental results show that in comparison with the 20CrMnTi steel gear, it has the advantages of small distortion, high stability and good fatigue strength.
