摘要
研究了钢在800℃中温盐浴硼-稀土-铝多元渗工艺及随后的热处理,并分析了渗剂成分、扩渗时间、渗后热处理对渗层的组织、结构和性能的影响。试验表明:钢经中温盐浴扩渗后可在表面形成渗层;在盐浴中加入一定量的铝、稀土可显著增加渗层厚度、改善渗层组织,并可将多元渗与普通热处理直接复合强化;热处理后渗层组织致密、结合牢固,具有良好的耐磨、耐蚀、抗氧化等性能。本试验的工艺特点是:渗剂来源广、成本低、处理温度低、变形小、简便易行、渗后热处理简化、节能省工。
The multicomponent thermochemical treatment of salt bath B-RE-Al on steel at 800℃ and post-heat treatment are studied. The effect of medium composition, diffusion time and heat treatment on microstructure and properties of case layers are analyzed. The results show that adding RE, Al into the medium can obviously increase the case depth and improve the microstructure. The diffusing treatment can directly combinded with heat treatment to strengthen the steel. The case layers have compact structure and good combination to matrix after heat treatment and have high corrosion, oxidation resistances.The characteristics of the technique are that abundant supply and low cost of the medium, low temperature, little strain, convenient operation and simplified the post-heat treatment.
