摘要
对氧-乙炔焰敷粉、整体加热重熔工艺进行了研究。结果表明:该方法简单、高效,基体与涂层间的冶金结合良好,尤其适于大、中型工件耐磨涂层的二步法热喷焊处理。
The oxygen-acetylene spraying the powder of Fe-base self-fluxing alloy and the coating remelting with the common heating furnace has been studied. The results showed that there is a good metallurgical bonding between the matrix and the coating. This method is simple and efficient, it is suited for the two-step method to spray fusing of the wear-resistance coating for large and middle workpieces.
