摘要
本文介绍了用气相沉积与离子注入对工件进行复合处理的技术,以及用此技术处理的试样所进行的摩擦磨损试验结果。同时还试验比较了未经处理和单纯离子注入处理的试样,并对试验结果进行了分析和讨论。
This paper deals with the compound treatment of PVD and ion implantation. The wear behaviour of some samples treated by compound treatment was investigated and compared with the test results of untreated and single ion implanted samples.
