采用两相区热处理改善ZG20SiMn钢电渣焊焊缝韧性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过冲击试验和光学、电子金相分析,研究了经不同温度两相区正火+回火处理后的ZG20SiMn钢电渣焊焊缝的韧性和组织,并与常规正火+回火处理和焊后回火处理相比较。试验结果表明,采用较低温度的两相区正火和回火工艺可显著改善焊缝的韧性,且高于传统的常规正火和回火工艺所得到的韧性。 In the paper, the toughness and microstructure of the weld in the electroslag welding ZG20SiMn from normalizing at intercritical region of different temperature and tempering treatment was investigated by means of impact test, optical and electron microscopy analysis. Then it was compared with common normalizing and tempering treatment as well as post-weld tempering treatment. The experimental results show that the toughness of weld can be improved evidently from intercritical region normalizing at lower tempera ture and tempering treatment as well as the toughness is higher than that of treatment from common nurmalizing and tempering.
