摘要
用电阻、热分析和X射线衍射等方法对CuZnAl(Mn)合金的马氏体稳定化现象进行了研究。结果表明,马氏体稳定化倾向决定于二种转变过程:马氏体逆转为母相和逆转前M9R马氏体转变为 M18R马氏体。1~2%Mn 的加入使得M9R马氏体转变为M18R马氏体的过程在M9R马氏体逆转为母相之前完成,因此MN减小CuZnAl记忆合金的马氏体稳定化倾向。
The stabilization of the martensite in CuZnAl(Mn)alloys arestudied by resistivity,thermal analysisis,x-ray diffraction method.The exper-iment results show that the stabilization in the martensite can be avoided,ifthe M9R martensite obtained from quenching is changed to M18R before it istransformed to B2 matrix phase.Adding 1—2 wt % Mn into CuZnAl alloytedmakes the Stabilization in martensite to reduec.Its reason is possibly associa-ted with the effect of Mn on diffusion rate of Zn in CuZnAl alloys.
