摘要
本文根据不可逆过程热力学理论,推导出描述离子渗碳电场与传质过程交互作用的唯象方程,依此测定了离子渗碳的异常辉光放电特性曲线并建立了表面浓度、扩散系数与工艺参数的函数关系,为模拟计算和控制离子渗碳过程奠定了基础。
According to the theory of thermodynamics of the irreversibleprocess,the linear phenomenism equations are derived to describe the interrla-tionship between the plasma field and the mass transmission.In term of theseequations the abnormal glow discharge characteristics curves of the plasma car-burizing process are built and the functional relations between the surface carbon concentration or the diffusion coefficients and the process parameters areestablished,which could serve as the basis for simulated calculation and controlof plasma carburizing.
