摘要
本文以 Douglas 数值方法为基础,导出了直角坐标和圆柱坐标包含相变潜热的三维差分方程。采用虚拟节点方法和能量平衡方法处理各种不同类型的边界条件,并编制了计算机应用软件,其计算结果与实测结果基本吻合。通过计算机模拟,本文提出了一些改进现行工艺的建议;提出了加热炉最优加热控制方案,对节能和提高热处理件质量具有重要意义。
Based on Douglas ADI method,the three dimensional differentialequations containing the heat of phase transformation which are suitable forboth cylindrical and rectangular coordinates have been developed.The centraldifference and the energy conservation are applied to deal with the differentboundary conditions.And the practical software has been presented on the aboveprinciples.The calculated results are in accordance with the experimentalones.On the basis of computer simulation,the methods of improvingthe heat processes and optimizing the control of heating furnace have beenmade.The working of this paper is highly important in energy-saving andquality-improving of heat treatment.
