摘要
本文用普通光镜及电镜,详细观察了无铈钢、含铈钢中粒状贝氏体的形成过程、组织形貌及精细结构。所得结果在形貌学上支持了粒状贝氏体的上贝氏体转变说,但在较高温度下形成的"粒贝"除以贝氏体转变机制转变外,可能还有扩散性转变机制起作用,这在无铈钢中表现明显。
The forming process as well as structure and substructure ofgranular bainite in steels containing Ce or no Ce were observed carefully bymeans of optical and electronic microscopes.The test results prove morpho-logically the mechanism forming granular bainite being the upper-bainilictransformation.But when granular bainite is formed at high temperature,besides the mechanism of bainite transformation,there is also the effect ofdiffusional transformation mechanism.This phenomenon is evident in steelcontaining no cerium also.
