摘要
本文采用1.5kW CO_2激光加工系统和自制的粉末喂给装置进行低碳钢激光表面合金化SiC 的处理,获得具有 C 1.25~2.46及 Si 3.63~7.19(wt%)成份的细小的凝固组织,其硬度可达900~1160HV。用光镜、扫描电镜、电子探针、离子探针、透射电镜、显微硬度计等手段分析了合金化区域的成份、组织、性能及其关系,并探讨了凝固机理与硬化机理。
An investigation of the laser surface alloying of mild steelcontaining C 0.18wt% with SiC powder,by means of a 1.5kW CO_2 lasersystem and powder feeder system which was designed and made by ourself isreported.The compositions of solidified structures in the range of C 1.25-2.46wt% and Si 3.63-7.19wt%.The hardness values of the fine solidified struc-ture are in the range of 900~1160HV.By means of optical microscope,SEMwith EPMA system,TEM,ion probe system and microhardness tester,thecompositions,structures and properties of the alloyed zone were determined.The relationships between them are established.Also,the mechanisms ofsolidification and hardening are discussed.
