摘要
本文通过解扩散方式求出渗碳过程中钢件表面含碳量及渗层中的碳浓度分布后算出渗层深度及钢件表面吸碳量。计算结果表明,渗层深度及钢件表面吸碳率与渗碳时间呈对数直线,该直线的斜率与截距与渗碳气氛、碳势及渗碳温度等因素有关。本文所得规律对指导制定渗碳工艺参数有重要意义。
The diffusion equation for predicting carbon concentration profilesand carbon concentration in the steel at the surface is solved,in order tocalculate case depthes and rates of absorbing carbon at the surface during carbu-rizing process.The calculation proved that relationships beween the case depthes or therates of absorbing carbon and the time of carburized process are very closed tologarithmic straight line,which slope and intercept depend upon sometractors such as carburizing atmosphere,carbon potential and temperature etc.These logarithmic lines relationships have important values for establishmentcarburized specifications.
