摘要
应用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和扫描Auger探针对球墨铸铁经激光熔融处理后的组织进行了研究。结果指出,在熔池/基体交界区的石墨球周围存在双壳层组织,它们分别为马氏体+残余奥氏体层和伪共晶莱氏体层。提出了这种组织的形成机制。
The microstructure of nodular cast iron after surface laser melted has
been examined by optical microscopy, SEM and scanning Auger microprobe. It was
shown that around the nodular graphite, a double-layer structure is composed of
martensite+retained austenite together with pseudo-ledeburite at the interface of
melted pool/matrix. The mechanism of structure formation has also been proposed.
