摘要
介绍了一个基于 VXI的等效采样示波器模块的设计原理与实现方法 ,重点阐述了基于 DSP的等效采样算法和实现方法。该模块设计为消息基 VXI模块。模块按照 VXI Plug & Play规范进行设计 ,即可以单独作为一台示波器工作 ,也可方便地与其他测试模块一起集成为所需的测试平台。模块实时采样率设计为 4 0 Msps,采用基于 DSP的等效采样技术 ,最高等效采样率可以达到 10Gsps。基于 L abwindows/ CVI的系统操作软件设计 。
The design and the realization of an equivalent sample oscilloscope mo-dule based on VXI are introduced. The equivalent sample a rithmetic and its realization based on DSP are emphatically expounded. The modul e is a message based VXI module according to the Plug & Play standard. It can independently work as a single oscilloscope and can also be easily used to integ rate measurement system with other measurement modules. With the technology of e quivalent sample based on DSP, this module can sample signal with maximum 10GSPS equivalent sample rate under the condition of 40MSPS single-shot real sample r ate. Virtual panel of oscilloscope is realized based on Labwindows/CVI operation software.
