摘要
随着高校管理体制和运行机制的改革 ,高校人才交流中心必然起到“蓄洪区”的作用。主要是做好稳定工作 ,保障实施改革。校内体制改革必然会触动一些人的利益 ,特别是转到人才中心的“待岗人员”。因此要做好这些人的思想教育工作。做好培训工作 ,强化竞争意识 ;实行人事代理 ,稳定骨干人员 ,引导校外就业 ,实现减员增效 ,真正做到人尽其才 。
With the reformation of managerment systems and operating mechanisms of University, the trained personnel interflow centre is sure to perform the function of “floodwater storing area”. It is principal to make a good job of stabilizing the public so as to guarantee to implement the reformation. The reformation of systems in college is bound to infringe the interests of some people, especially “laid off workers ”transferred to the trained personnel centre, so it is necessary to carry out their ideological education patiently. We should train them well to intensify their competitive awareness and carry out the personnel agency so as to stabilize the key members. Besides, we should guide the laid off workers to obtain employment outside college to bring about downsizing for efficiency. In this way we can really make the best possible use of men and bring their ability into full play.
