摘要
本汽车检测线微机控制系统,采用多屏卡技术以及高精度传感器、高性能工控机、标准工业板卡等,对汽车的制动力、侧滑位移、转向角、转速等参数进行测量.特别是一拖四多屏卡的使用,不仅提高了数据采集和处理的速度、测量精度和可靠性,而且降低了成本,实现了汽车检测的全面微机化管理.
The Computer Control System of Automobile testing line applies multi-screen card technology, high precision sensor, high capacity industry-control machine, standard industry board clip etc. By this system, we can test and measure the parameters of automobile characteristic trig force, sideslip displacement, turing angle and rotate speed. The use of multi-screen technolo- gy not only makes data collecting and dealing much faster, improves the measure precision and reliability, but also decreases the costs, and realizes the completely computer administration.
