摘要
应用适合不精确推理机制产生式规则的知识表示形式的人工智能技术,对462汽车缸体铸件缺陷知识进行了剖析.在此基础上,利用 BorlandC++for windows语言,建立了铸件质量保证体系专家系统知识库,并开发了具有添加、修改及删除功能的知识库管理系统,同时借助可信度因子使系统具备了一定的自学习能力.实际运行表明:该系统安全可靠,人机界面优良.
The knowledge about the defects of 462 Cylinder Body casting was analyzed, using artificial intelligence which suited for inaccuracy inference mechanism and expression form of pro- duction rule. On the base, the knowledgebase was established programming with Borlan C++ for windows. Managing system which possessed the functions of adding, modifying and deleting was developed. With the help of certainty factor, the system was provided with the ability of self study. Actual operation showed that the system was credible and man-machine interface was excellent.
