摘要
本文用常规透射电子显微术,动力学衍射模拟技术研究了7050铝合金在T74热处理制度下的各种显微结构。研究发现,合金中主要有Al_3Zr超点阵相,η′相和Al_4Cu_2Fe夹杂相。η′相具有C心正交结构,点阵常数a=0.492nm,b=0.852nm,c=0.701nm.与基体间取向关系满足(101)m∥(010)η′,[111]m∥[001]η′。
The microstructure in 7050 Al alloy under heat treatment regime T74 has been studied by means of TEM and dynamical diffraction simulation. The alloy is found to contain mainly Al_3Zr superlattice phase, η′precipitate phase ard Al_?-Cu_? Fe constituent phase. The η′phase has a C-face centered orthorhombic crystal structure with a=0.492 nm, b=0.852 nm and c=0.701 nm. The orientation relation- ship between η′phase and matrix is determined as (101)_m//(010)_(η′), [111]_m//[001]_(η′).
