摘要
在实验数据的基础上,本文阐述了钛板的R值与r值是不等的;籍新近提出的塑性异性任意次方式屈服函数,对钛板的屈服应力与r值之间的关系进行了总体考察,获得了它们之间的最佳关系式,得出其屈服函数的次方值取6—8较合适;并据此推荐出一个压力容器强度计算式。
Based on the experimenial data, it was clarified that the plastic strain ratio R-value is not equal to Hill's γ-value for Ti sheet. From the non-quadratic orthotropic yield function proposed recently by the author, an optimal expression between yield stress and γ-value for Ti sheet was developed on overall investigation. The suituble value of exponeat in the function seems to be 6-8. Thus, an equation was suggested to estimate strength for the pressure vessel to be made of Ti sheet.
