摘要
采用激光快速熔凝和深腐蚀技术,对快速凝固过程中铸铁的共晶生长进行了研究。结果发现,在快速凝固条件下,共晶莱氏体除按普通条件下的蜂窝伏和层片状生长外,还存在一种新的共晶生长方式,即蘑菇状共晶生长,最终形成带有大量分枝的层片分枝结构。
The eutectic growth of cast iron during rapid solidification has been studied with laser remelting and deep etching. A new mode of the mushroom eutectic growth was revealed other than the usual honeycomb and lammellar ones. The mushroom eutectic growth may finally form the lamellar dendrite structure.
