引进陆地棉品种纤维品质及其稳定性研究

Stability of Fiber Quality Characteristics of Cotton Varieties from America and Mexico

为给棉花品质育种提供依据 ,1998～ 2 0 0 0年 ,对引进的 45个美国和墨西哥陆地棉品种 (9个系列 )进行了比较试验 .结果表明 ,品种间、年度间纤维品质有显著差异 .按 9大系列分析及综合比较 ,品质优劣次序为 :Q,ST,SG,DP和 N,C,PM,B,T系列 .在纤维品质指标中 ,纤维 2 .5 %的跨距长度、麦克隆值年度间变化较小 ,未达到显著水平 ,而比强、长度整齐度和伸长率则年度间变化较大 。

To provide basis for cotton breeding,comparative experiments of 45 cotton varieties(9 series, Gossypium hirsutum L.)from America and Mexico were conducted from 1998 to 2000.The results show that obvious differences exist in fibre quality of different varicties and in different years.Fiber quality of the varieties are as follows:Q series varieties,ST series varieties,SG series varieties,DP series varieties and N series varieties,C series varieties,PM series varieties,B series varieties,T series varieties.Amony the quality characteristics,changes of span length of 2.5% fibre and Micronaire between years are not obvious enough to reach significant level.But changes of fiber strength,elongation and uniformity between years were significant at 0.01 level.
