三种常用鱼药对宽体金线蛭的急性毒性作用

Acute Toxic Effect of Three Pesticides-Trichlophonus,the Mixture of Cupri Sulfas-Ferrosi sulfas,Calcii Oxydum on Whitmania pigra

为给宽体金线蛭自然资源的保护和大面积养殖提供理论依据 ,研究了敌百虫、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂、生石灰 3种常用鱼药对宽体金线蛭的急性毒性作用 .结果表明 ,3种药物对宽体金线蛭 96 h的半致死质量浓度(L C5 0 )分别为 1.5 5 ,2 .6 8,10 8.74mg/ L;安全质量浓度 (Sc)分别为 0 .15 5 ,0 .2 6 8,10 .874m g/ L.3种药物对宽体金线蛭的毒性由强至弱依次为 :敌百虫、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂 (5∶ 2 )

To provide theoretic basis for the protection and large scale breeding of Whitmania pigra , the acute toxicity test of trichlophonus, the mixture of cupri sulfas and ferrosi sulfas, and calcii oxydum to leech ( Whitmania pigra ) were carried out. The results show that the semi lethal concentration ( LC 50 ) of 96 h is as follows:1.55,2.68 and 108.74 mg/L,and the safety concentration ( Sc )0.155, 0.268 and 10.874 mg/L. The toxicity of the 3 medicines decrease in the following order:trichlophonus>the mixture of cupri sulfas and ferrosi sulfas> calcii oxydum
