九十年代以来 ,随着研究理论与技术的发展 ,甘蔗细胞与分子遗传学的研究进入了一个快速发展的崭新阶段。本文综述了近十年来在甘蔗染色体行为、分子遗传图谱。
With the development of research theory and technology, significant progress in sugarcane cytogenetics and molecular genetics has been made since 1990s. In this review, we describe the advances in recent decade from following contents: chromosome behaviour, genetic linkage map, molecular marker technology and taxonomy of 'Saccharum complex'.
